Resetting a password for a Gmail account:
Sign in to https://channelservices.cloud.google.com when signed in to your Google account to log in to the Google reseller account.
Once logged in, you can click on customers to view all of the domains that are added to our reseller account.

You will need to scroll the list of accounts to find the one you require. Once you have found the correct domain, click on it and it will bring up a list of subscriptions that are available and the associated mailboxes. Select the correct package that contains the mailbox you want to change the password for.

You will then arrive to the single workspace page for this domain. As you can there is some information about the customer and some quick links for what to do next. In this case, you are resetting the password for a user so you will be clicking on “Manage users” to bring up a lists of available mailboxes.

As you can see, this brings up a list of all of the email accounts associated with that domain. When you hover over one of the accounts, it will bring up some options including “Reset Password”. When you click on that, you will given the option of automatically generating a password or creating a new one.

It is always recommendable to generate a password as this will be a safe password. The user will then receive an email with details of how to login. They can then change the password if they so wish.
